Rolf Schmied
With a background in private equity, family office management, leadership, sales, and consulting, Rolf is a seasoned executive. He has a proven track record of transforming companies, managing diverse investments, and providing strategic guidance. Rolf is also experienced in training leadership, sales, and team development for medium and large companies. He holds Continued Education in Management from the University of Zurich (MBA equivalent), a degree from the Marketing Management Center, University of St. Gallen, and in Business Management from FHS Zurich.
Edward Cowdery
Edward Cowdery is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning asset management, strategic investments, and advisory services. He has led several businesses expanding into innovative financial solutions, securing major asset finance facilities and forging high-impact partnerships across infrastructure and renewable sectors. Edward brings a strong track record in originating and managing multi-million-pound projects, including raising and deploying over £100 million in asset financing and overseeing complex M&A and IPO preparations. He has held senior roles in the energy and renewable sector where he structured large-scale renewable and energy infrastructure investment projects.
